3	12th July Thursday	Castlebar - Achill - Castlebar 69.3 Mile Stage to the spectacular Achill Island - Starts at 12.00
4	13th July Friday	Ballina to Ballina 47.4 Mile Stage around north Mayo Starts at 12.00
5	14th July Saturday	Castlebar to Windy Gap 66.4 Mile stage with mountain top finish - Starts at 12.00
6	15th July Sunday	Castlebar to Castlebar 65.3 Miles The final stage - Starts at 11.00am
